You Might Want To Have A Boss Like Him After Reading This! Find Out What Happened!

What is a Boss? According to Cambridge Dictionary it defines as the person who is in charge of an organization or a department and who tells others what to do. I would like to emphasize the phrase “tells others what to do”.

It seems like a power that has given to him which he can demand and ask anything he wants. So most Bosses, (definitely not all of course) are  taking advantage his position to bully their employees.

Like some bosses use disciplinary actions inappropriately and speak loudly, rudely and one sidedly to staff,  while others take credit for the success of others and even fail to provide recognition for good employees.

As I’ve said earlier not all Bosses are like that.

There are still few bosses out there who are down to earth and even regarded themselves equally important as their employees.

That’s why we are deeply touched by this Facebook post (Posted by Yona Kamishiro) about his kind hearted boss.

As it goes like this:
NAIIYAK AKO SA NANGYARI SAKIN SA TRABAHO. HINDING HINDI KO PALALAGPASIN ITO. PLEASE READ.
Friend: Beh. Lipat ka na samin, hiring kami.
Me: Kami din hiring.
(several talks)
Me: Pag iisipan ko beh mukhang maganda nga yan.
After a week.
Me: Good afternoon sir. Let us eat!
Mr. Kim: No, Im good. Have your lunch please.
Ayoko naghahawak si Mr. Kim ng basahan. Hindi talaga bagay.
Me: Sir, let me do that. I will just eat later.
Mr. Kim: You are tired. I know... Just eat. Im okay.
(hindi sya magaling mag English. Simpleng simple lang, pero sa tono at lambing ng boses nya, napaka precious nung sinabi nyang he knows that I am tired.)
Shet.
The best boss.

Now we understand that it’s not always money that makes you happy and satisfied in whatever career you may have.

Most importantly a rewarding career is not always measured by what’s inside your pay envelope  but it is how your company valued and treated you as a person.
