Statistics even shows that infidelity leads to divorce and and it is also most common problems for every couple. It is widely reported 60% of men and 40% of women somehow participate in an extramarital affair at some point during their life.
A recent survey showed that there are certain jobs or professions which are most likely to cheat on their partners than others. The online poll was conducted by Victoria Milan, a dating website designed for men and women seeking secret affair.
The results were narrowed down to ten categories and there were 5,658 women participated in the survey who are currently having an affair or had committed infidelity before.
Bankers and brokers are on the top list, it actually showed that they were more likely to flirt than doctors,nurse, flight attendants and pilots however they also made the list.
Moreover, the poll also revealed that 65% of women admit that they cheat at work while 85% does not suggest to have an affair with co-workers however many of them say that it’s fun, exciting and easier to have an affair in the workplace.
About 70% of women admitted that office related affair end badly which is also inappropriate since you still have to deal with that individual at work.
Victoria Milan founder and chief executive Sigurd Vedal said;
“ The survey, clearly shows that even though there’s a risk to your career, having an affair at work makes life a lot more pleasant”
“At the same time, the majority of cheaters would steer clear of mixing work with pleasure- not because it damages their career, but because they are at risk of being found out, or will feel uncomfortable”
She also mentioned that individuals who were having an affair at work were generally doing it for fun and not to take advantage of their career.
According to the survey, here are the top 10 professionals who are most likely to cheat on their partner:
1. Financial (Bankers, brokers, analyst)
2. Avion (Pilots, flight attendants, flight pursers etc)
3. Healthcare (Doctors, nurses, nursing assistants etc.)
4. Business (CEOs, managers, secretaries, etc.)
5. Sports (Athletes, instructors, representatives etc.)
6. Arts (Musicians, models, actors, photographers etc.)
7. Nightlife Industry (DJs, dancers, waiters, etc. )
8. Communication (Journalist, public relations, communicators etc.)
9. Legal ( Lawyers, secretaries, prosecutors , judges etc.)
10 Other sectors
